That statements has multiple meanings,
But what they are talking about is a previous case where the judge released Cosby's testimony where he said he gave drugs to women he wanted to have sex with.
...something that teens do every day.
Cosby was not implying he was making women pass out.
The fact the jury convicted him using that judge's stunt is an indication the jury was loaded
