That means we are moving backwards technologically. And if you look around it is true as tech and infrastructure is going through the roof. There was a time that the Francis Scott Key bridge in Baltimore hit by a cargo ship a few years ago would have been rebuilt y now. They are still studying the situation. In a DEI office. They have had several vacations already. Teh costs and the years of delay are accumulating. This is why we are done. To many bullshot artists in the communities as the important work at different levels is needed. You did not know that.
