People won't like it. But that's a grown black man giving harsh discipline to a young black male in Baltimore. WE NEED MORE OF THIS. The lack of this is why our streets are chaotic.

The question is why did the cop start swinging? For all that we know the kid may have been in sheer and severe need of the attitude adjustment if nothing else worked.
