I am getting lazy, just put them in a basket and let them tumble. They turn out very crispy if you cook them over 350-375 and you don't have to baby them.

My rotisserie is packed away somewhere, it is a ritual more than anything. Air fryer is the best in my opinion, though I haven't had wings in a couple of years or so.

Done right, air fried wings are really good. But in truth, I do it the old fashioned way. Dip the wings in well seasoned milk and flour and fry in a good oil or shortening until they reach the perfect texture of flavorful crispness. There's nary ever a piece left as they are highly addictive.

Okay, so they aren't really good for us cooked that way. But it isn't often and every now and then. . .
