apparently The cops arested him on a weapons charge put him in patrol car with out seat belt and caused a neck injury. . he is paralized from the neck down. cops were fired. cops fighting for their jobs back in court. and dude got pay out of course. well they are trained not to be your friend. the police vans are made with out belts so you can line a bunch of them up in their. this is not entirely the cops fault.

Unless I read the write up wrong, I am under the impression that this isn't the first time that something like this has happened. The beginning of the write up says that two more officers have been fired.
