I guess HEB doesn't understand how much Schumer and Jeffries need the fulcrums to starve so they can have leverage.

I'm sure this will happen in other states. If Walmart is smart, they will give food out the back door to SNAP and WIC card holders whose funding will be cut off by a handful of Democrat senators.

If they keep track of how much they give, I'm sure that the Republicans will find a way to reimburse them.

Charity is the purview of the private sector anyway. That is the true sign of the humanity of a nation. Forcing taxpayers to pay for those who won't work and feel entitled to demand it does not do that. There is nothing in the constitution that says the government is responsible for feeding people.
