But the Bill in question is still in Congress.
They may be waiting for a more favorable Senate to pass it further.

They can't wait because if they can't get it passed or moved to the floor from committee it will die completely at the end of the Congressional season which is in December.

In case you don't recall, there were some very high-ranking military orders on a "friendly advice" basis for vets to stay out of the hospitals if at all possible even quite a few months before the COVID-19 panic hit. There was initially some law enforcement investigation into medical malpractice at the V.A.

that would make it a felony punishable by 10 years in prison to "Own or Possess" any type of Body Armor.

If passed, only Government employees would legally be able to own or possess body armor.
It is currently working it's way through Congress.
The 2nd amendment applies here as the right to bear arms also carries the right to protect oneself from tyranny.

Because millions of Chinese have been allowed to exploit our birther laws and easily obtain citizenship, they are now allowed to run for our highest political offices.
We have no way to control this and it allows people born here but with loyalties elsewhere to gain control of or Congress and even WhiteHouse.
