Sheriff Joe Arpaio's investigation into the document Obama released on March 27, 2011 used highly trained experts in their field of computer imaging. These people are very competent and are highly regarded in their line of work. Deconstructing Obama's long form certificate of live birth abstract proved highly damaging evidence of forgery. Mr. Zatkovich examined the online document early last year and surmised it was deliberately altered. Although in his analyses he states that sometimes multiple layers happen when converting documents to PDF that in this case it was his opinion it was deliberate. He also states that many times this happens when someone is trying to enhance a document but again he dismisses this.

Because the Sheriff found it necessary to pack his posse with people who already had prior opinions on the case shows that this is purely a political ploy for his re-election.
