If you're a civilian who calls in a tip to ICE, you could potentially face civil damages. So SB 26-005 in Colorado, Quietly creates a new civil lawsuit for immigration enforcement. And because it labels any person participating in immigration enforcement, it raises a real question: Could a private citizen who called in the individual who's injured during immigration enforcement activity be sued or face legal action?

Now that's some fine tyranny.....You can not hate the Democrat Party enough. 😐

While I 100% disagree with this, you can't fine someone simply for being a dick, you are on record with the government going after people for exercising their constitutional right to protest so..........

I doubt if it would fly at the federal level but the "process" would be devastating. That's what they want.

LOL.....Make payphones great again.....Then again with all the cameras around you would have to wear a Nixon mask. ;)

Not true, not being a dick, exercising free speech.
Protesting is fine, rioting or blocking ICE from enforcing Federal Law is illegal.

You can be a dick while exercising your free speech.

Blocking Unconstitutional actions would be patriotic.

Fighting fascism is a time honored American tradition.

It answered the question I was asked.

No it didn't. It started with your words below, you were asked what was unconstitutional and you respond with an SC ruling about national guard being deployed. The NG was nowhere to be found in this topic, so your comment had nothing to do with the topic, and you did not answer the question.

Show me where the Supreme Court has ruled on what is currently going on.

I answered that question.
