Well of course Spain claims it.....They would lay claim to the gold fillings in your teeth if they could.

Just load it up with black powder and nuts, bolts, nails, and screws.

Or driveway gravel.
We used to make "wad-cutter" rounds for a CW era 12-pound Napoleon by filling tin cans with concrete....Properly sabotted they were surprisingly accurate.
