Depends on the scooter. So are they allowed to take the scooter in class with them? lol Or do they have scooters locks outside like they have for bikes?
Where is this scooter once they arrive???
who are you talking about and what kind of scooters are they using??So are they allowed to take the scooter in class with them? lol Or do they have scooters locks outside like they have for bikes?

there are a lot of different kinds of scooters,,Upenn Students and the electric scooters that people ride in the street
They are being conditioned to depend on others for transporationI was down at UVA today picking-up the wife and saw scores of students on them.....Looks like they just drop them off in mostly a pile then go to class.....E-Bikes too.
I did not notice any signage as to where to leave them. I guess they all have trackers on them or something.

All part of same game.More like being conditioned to use a card for transportation that can be tracked.
There's no real parking at UVA other than the PITA parking garage so I "staged" at a mall a couple of miles away and had the wife call me when she left her room upon discharge. I saw a bunch of students headed in on E-scooters/bikes when I left my staging area.Is walking too hard for them?
