Excellent...I'm a big free speech guy but don't mind seeing people get fired for saying horrible things...and what Samantha C said was horrible...it wasn't funny...but what amazes me are all of the trained seals in the audience....I would have gotten up and left not cheered....shame on those soulless blockheads....

Employers shouldn't be the arbitrators of what an employee can say or can't. I was fired for saying, on my own time on my own FB, "Non-violent Muslims want the same goals as violent ones do, a World Wide Caliphate." My employer sold car parts. Me working for them should not mean I no longer had freedom of speech. Working for them should not mean I'm only allowed to discuss allowed topics and take allowed sides in discussions when not at work, or for that matter when at work either.

Neither Roseanne nor that other lady, I never heard of before, should've been fired.
