I am not doubting that he is popular with GOP voters but it should be noted that two weeks ago they were trashing him with their polls, even as I have said repeatedly that he cannot lead purely on polls, he must consider reliable, objective ones though.

However, as soon as there is a war, CNN is on board. This is a very risky war and Trump must be weary for his legacy, midterms and 2028. Let the CIA do the heavy work on the ground and minimize the risk to U.S military.

He is popular for his policy on illegals, his tariffs and out of the box thinking such as the newborn $1000 investment, his protection of matrimonial homes from corporations take overs, his increase to working wages which is higher than inflation etc.
