The time period that Hunter's pardon covers is over 10 years.....and pretty much let's prosecutors know that everything they said about Hunter Biden was probably accurate.
But wait. This also makes it easier for a cleaned out Department of Justice to prosecute Biden himself for any crimes Hunter knows about. Hunter cannot incriminate himself, but if he lies to a prosecutor or congress, he can be prosecuted for perjury. If he doesn't obey any subpoenas they issue next year, he can now be prosecuted for contempt. Joe Biden thinks he's being smart, but this is one of the dumbest moves he's made in a long list of dumb moves.
