CL (Collateralized [consumer] Loans) O and D different way to sell Car and house furnishing loans. These jewels are not actually radioactive but they do have half lives and missed payments are increasing.

Wall street can only increase debt; it has nothing else to sell, and it can't produce much economic activity, it can only bleed capital and cash flow to death, and the government has to bail it out every 7 years or so.
