When the FBI 'questioned' Hillary Clinton they gave her a 'License' to Lie by NOT questioning her under oath and by NOT recording the session. Now Congress wants to remedy that whole 'SNAFU' by actually having a 'legitimate' deposition with Hillary under oath.
Suddenly Hillary and her lawyers are scrambling like wet cats trying to avoid having to answer questions while being under oath. If she is so honest and has nothing to hide why is she trying everything under the sun to prevent from having to answer the same questions under oath?
As far as perception, which she is already suffering from after the FBI's report, she is already taking a hit by trying to 'weasel' her way out of having to testify under oath without having to ever do so. The perception that she is hiding things and 'guilty as hell' will only continue to grow the more she resists answering questions under oath.
