Rain is the problem in California this year ... too much fuel from the rainy season ... all that grass that grew this winter is now dry and brown, ready to burn ... California is supposed to burn ... it won't rain again until October or November ... it's this way every year ... you must be a child to not know this ...

Sounds backwards, I know, but more rain causes more fires in California ...
