I am talking about Svalbard. A city of about 2000 citizens and you not need a visa to visit there. And anybody can live there as long as you support yourself. Enjoy 5 months of only daylight. And of course in Winter when it is dark, enjoy the northern lights. Don't worry about polar bears since if one threatens you you get to kill it. And others will rush to help you deal with the bear. It has a hunk of Russia in it as well.

I'd like to visit it IRL. They didn't say, but if they have those viewing tents/igloos for sleeping under the arora, I'd like to do that. Provided they're at least semi-heated.

Iron sights for dangerous game is good common sense approach though I would go with a receiver peep sight for faster target acquisition.

YES but I did not assume everybody did not have a scope. I can check their rules to learn this.

Carrying loaded firearms in the settlement area of Longyearbyen is forbidden. Firearms must be carried so that everyone can see that they are empty of ammunition. You are not allowed to bring firearms into shops or public buildings.
