Carrot cake - my own.
And it is immeasurably better for you than other cake, still it's cake... so not exactly good for you, but actually is nutritional.
Having said that - I make a double dark chocolate cake that is pretty freaking good. Only special occasions because the calories are to the moon. But if you are going to eat chocolate cake - ythen by God eat CHOCOLATE cake.
