The Dutch city of Bodegraven-Reeuwijk has introduced traffic lights for Smartphone-Zombies (Smombies) not fit for participation in traffic.

What about Bluetooth lights? The phone receives a signal and will let the LED flash in red, yellow and green according to the signal?

Hillarious except it will not help with cell phone street crossing lunatics.
I once had someone walk across the 4 lane main way against the light looking at his phone not noticing traffic or me.
He just waltzed in front of my moving car and when I slamed the brake and honked they never looked up or flinched.
