If they are so briskly and easily walking around, why do you consider them to be "disabled"?

Is it a chosen mental disability? Are they choosing to be disabled?

Probably because a Chinese with a disability usually has more drive than a Westerner who is able bodied.

Msybe the pour more money into it ? Maybe it is just an elite level thing ? I dont know.
In the UK outside the elite level support is very patchy to non existent.
Its mainly due to what charity groups can provide.

Maybe the disabled in China aren't coddled like they are in the west in the name of "support" so they have to be tougher just to survive.

Im not sure coddled applies to the UK. It can be pretty grim at times.

We have ginormous people of massive weight using motorized scooters and flaunting disability tags for benefits and privileges. Let's deal with that first. With Progressive Socialist Communist edicts, we can put them on diets. The no food diet. There are answers.
