'Child Recycling' Rings Smuggle Migrants into U.S., Says DHS
Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Secretary Kirstjen Nielsen told a U.S. House committee on Wednesday that human smugglers are “recycling” minors to enable adult migrants’ entry into the U.S.
