Wow, I don't envy their P.R department. Whoever msde this call should be unemployed, it makes no sense. Almost as if the NBA has a mole working from a rival league which doesnt exist. I wouldnt be surprised if one of the people working the event wanted to take the PS5 home for their kid, so they gave him a jersey they have 1000s of in an attempt to make the silent exchange lol.

If they didn’t inform the kid beforehand that he was participating in a skit, it must be assumed he was getting a PlayStation. Everyone in the stands thought so.
