Frankly, the way the game started in the 1st half, all of the clumsy, stupid mistakes Carolina made, I'm amazed the still nearly won the game and probably would have if they hadn't made so many clumsy plays, like the one where the guy was open by 20 yards from any defender, a certain TD, and the guy just dropped the ball.

Another time, the punt returner lost the ball and let the ball hit him right in the face mask and never even caught it; it bounced away and I think the Rams got it back.

Many lost opportunities, but they still almost won.
