Cannot upload these Gifs for some reason on this site.

Some of my favorite Gifs have been moving to this site....

When I try to upload the gif like I always have, I get this...

It shows nothing. It used to work and for some reason it does not work.
This is the site and I was wondering why it is not working on this site. What would I need to do for it to upload here?

I just upload it with the same thing I always do and that is all that shows up on my screen.

There are a couple alternatives I use.

You can left click,hold and drag it to the reply box.

Or left click, hold and drag the cursor across gif and when it turns blue, drag it to the reply box.
In this case it didn't work. It depends on the URL.

Sometimes it needs to be saved in downloads, opened and then dragged.
It gets frustrating and sometimes I just say 'screw it.'
