CHICAGO, IL — In what has been described as a disturbing "canceling" trend sweeping across social media, a local leftist was fired from her job simply for having a different opinion on whether conservatives should be murdered.

Charity Sparks, an account manager for a marketing company, lost her job over the weekend after she was outed online for a TikTok video in which she performed a celebratory dance and laughed uncontrollably to celebrate the killing of Charlie Kirk and express her deeply held belief that all conservatives should be murdered.

"They're so closed-minded about me wanting them all dead," Sparks lamented in a subsequent post about her firing. "All I did was say that it's great that someone was assassinated for saying things I didn't like and that everyone like him should also be murdered. That's all. Is that so bad? What happened to free speech?"

Reaction to Sparks's firing showed strong support for her right to wish violent death upon people who disagree with her. "How dare they take issue with us wanting them dead?" asked one user in a reply to her post. "I thought this was supposed to be a free country, but they just want to lash out and mistreat people who are vocally calling for them and their entire families to be brutally murdered. It's messed up."

At publishing time, Sparks had migrated her online presence over to Bluesky, where people from all walks of life were free to wish pain, suffering, and death upon anyone they didn't like.

Votto...would you let a guy fresh out of prison for rape...sleep on your sofa ?

Freedom of Speech is only the GOV...she falls under Freedom of Expression.

Anyhow...if you owned a company and a employee said he heard a co-worker express a desire to kill someone or used a slur against someone...what would you do ?

Once again.....

Not a fan of cancel culture.

She joins the ranks of subhuman garbage for her reel.

And she certainly does not get high marks for her brightness....maybe that is what they fired her?

Do stupid things.
Get stupid conseqences.

Now, I still don't like cancel culture.

She should be free to show what a scumwad she is.

If you think you might be one of those people "like him".....what is your take on her saying you should be murdered.

All I did say.......

Seriously ?

Thank you for letting me know.

I found the article, but don't know much about this.

Frankly I am relieved.
