Not this again. Every 25 or so years, the Canadian Government tries this and fails. While it may be a problem on the French Side of Canada, the western part openly kept their guns each and every time. Canada has only tried to do a complete ban once and they were ignored. Even the Cops wouldn't attempt to enforce it. So they passes common sense gun laws where if you have a need to carry and it's verified by your employer then you just file the proper paperwork. Or you can present a Hunting License in leau of your employer. Please stop spreading the hate.
