I used Medline and CINAHL when I need to do medical research for class or just personally. (CINAHL stands for Cumulative Index to Nursing and Allied Health Literature.) There is a lot of information from peer review, trade publications, and even popular literature.

If you have access to a large library, then you should be able to get it remotely. I use it often at our college.
