That is not a T-34. That's a T-72B3, essentially an upgraded T-72B that was updated starting in 2010.

How you could think those are T-34s, I have no idea. The two are not even close. And most of the vehicles shown are real relics. But that's actually not all that uncommon, even in the US. Where they will still use old and outdated equipment for training purposes. The US still commonly uses outdated Soviet era equipment dating back to the 1950s for that very reason. And because I count about a dozen different pieces of equipment, one of each of them that is most likely what this is.

Snitwin, you should just give up, your attempts at propaganda are worse than theirs are.

Not unlike when the Russian FSB a couple of years ago released a propaganda photo they claim came from evidence seized from "Nazi Ukrainian Assassins". Including among other things weapons, radios, Nazi shirts (that were so new you could see the creases), and "three sim cards".

Only one problem, instead of sim cards they had three different versions of the computer game "Sims 3".
