Now that abuse of power Dems control the house Pelosi already showed their plans to waste more of our tax dollars on their abuse and treasonous schemes through extended bogus subpoenas.
The question to this waste of funds and manpower is:
Can you sue Congress as a taxpayer for wasting your tax money with these abuse of power schemes.
Generally, no, but this situation is unprecedented.
In order to sue someone or something in federal court, you need to have "standing." Standing is a legal term that has three main components: an injury-in-fact, causation, and redressability. In simple terms, the plaintiff has to have suffered an actual harm (such as significant loss of money, a physical injury, or *some lost form of freedom*), the harm must be attributable to the person or organization the plaintiff is suing, and the court in which the plaintiff sues must have some power to repair the harm or prevent it from happening in the future.
*FREEDOM HAS BEEN VIOLATED BY VOTERS who's votes were ignored by the losing party as they tried to reverse the election with illegal and treasonous means that is what caused these wastes of taxpayers money. The type of abuses involved also make this unprecedented and changes the scope from past law suits by taxpayers.
To find injury, a court must speculate that elected officials will increase a taxpayer-plaintiff's tax bill to make up a deficit. And to find redressability, a court must assume that, were the remedy the taxpayers seek to be allowed, legislators will pass along the supposed increased revenue in the form of tax reductions.
It NORMALLY would be pure speculation to conclude that the act of wasting our tax dollars would turn into increased taxes, however in this instance the guilty party has already declared they'd take away tax cuts, increase taxes to raise money for the deficit that they themselves help create in siphoned money to abuse of power schemes that indeed has proven to be money wasted by the DNC responsible for these hoax investigations using tax payers money and our agencies time away from investigating the DNC own members and friends involved in illegal activities responsible for wasting tax payers money.
So if the taxpayers brought up this law suit it would be harder to compare to prior attempts of law suits, and might allow our own subpoena war and cluster of unending paper requests.
Then I would add movements to impeach all members of the house involved in the silent coup.
Impeach Adam Schiff for not recusing himself after showing political bias and doing nothing about the leaks especially attributed to him. According to Dems own arguments Rosenstein has to recuse himself and or resign. Everyone involved in the false Russia narrative used to waste taxpayers money must be impeached.
Maxine Waters insighting violence and division by her own arguments must be impeached. Booker for his abuses physical and powercabuses must be impeached, using their own arguments they can't defend against= checkmated by their own moves.
