Gov Moonbeam says there is a PROJECTED surplus.
The rest of California's loon government says the PROJECTED surplus will be much larger.
Why is there a discrepancy?
The more money they say is there, the more they can spend.
They want it to go to the Socialists in universities. ...and "homelessness" (read part 2)
Where did they money come from?
Gas stations make 13 cents per gallon. (occult number)
They raised the tax by taking half that.
I don't think gas stations can raise their prices because it's regulated.
This is why every gas station has to have a Kwiki Mart now.
