That is an admission that they knew Joe would never make it through the election much less another term and not only kept him in office despite his inability to do his job, but so that they could run him up to the wall this election cycle long enough to let the GOP commit to their candidates and strategy, THEN yank Joe out at the last second to swap in a new person and campaign at the last second.

At BEST, that is rigging another election.

At worst that is treason.

Trump and the GOP are within their rights to block the installment of Harris and either Joe goes forward with his obligations after letting 14 million people vote for him as their candidate, or he should be forced to just FORFEIT the race and admit he lost, no contest.
