The expectation of upwards of $100.0 bil. worth of tax cuts has so far been matched with $1.7 bil. announced in raises and bonuses--about 8% of S&P. Others may take the total to just under $20.0 bil.(?),
if maybe not tomorrow(?). . .or even year-end.
