I believe the term he used was "Recidivism"...therefore the blame goes to Bush for even daring to open GTMO Prison.

You got a link? I can't believe he would say something like that at this point. Sure, if the thing backfires he'll blame the Taliban for racism, he'll blame the Tea Party. He'll blame the Kock Brothers. But not at this point.
