I have a thin body but I gained 2 inches of belly fat that I don’t like
I can’t afford to lose any weight and I can’t get rid of it !!

Any ideas

Find the fountain of youth... Or change your diet.
 
Same problem (the belly fat).

I'm physically fit and don't think I'm particularly overweight. I go jogging 8k/5miles every day and do 40 (sometimes 80) sit ups before my run and the fat won't leave the hips, belly and man boobs.

I done cool sculpting (a sort of non-invasive laser lipo that uses gel) and it worked to an extent - it made a difference - just not enough.

You can't spot build. Likely first ditch soda. More muscle mass means quicker calories burnt. Exercise and diet there are no real short cuts

Run for 46 mins 3 times a week. You'll get rid of it in a couple of months.
And a heart attack
I can’t jog worth anything

I find wind sprints better for sports

How about Thumb Push-ups? Also called "Clicking". You press your thumb on the remote and the channel CHANGES! Then reach for chips.
