I didn't realize this issue was headed for the Supreme Court, I thought this Trump era legislation (quietly accepted by the gun loving right) was law, but it is about to be challenged at the highest level. Curious as whether or not gun owners will be happy or sad if this is struck down, considering it was authored when Donald Trump was President.

It's being challenged again, but it will probably take some time to get there. For now, gun owners can breathe a sigh of relief that this ban is still in effect.
