I think you are misinterpreting the video. The woman is clearly not removing his hand. In fact, it appears she may have actually grabbed his arm and pulled it between her legs. Watch the clip in reverse, look closely at her hand. It is not in a pushing position, it's in a pulling position. He is still scum, but I believe the video has been uploaded in rewind.
