Isn't that the point? Whatever Nixon did or knew in Watergate was probably something done for years by both sides and far more by democrats. Democrats probably set Nixon up to be caught. But that was just a guy trying to up his chances at winning an election. What we are dealing with here is magnitudes worse, it was a foreign-led, foreign-financed attempt to co-opt our presidential elections so that never again would any rich dude run for office and upset the plans of the globalist-fueled deep state.

The standard for the impeachment of a federal judge with a lifetime appointment is different than the standard for the impeachment of a President.

Boasberg gets to retain his seat on good behavior. He could lose it over bad behavior. And it seems axiomatic that signing the Arctic Frost warrants is indeed bad behavior.

Does he deserve to be both impeached and removed from the bench? Yes.

Will he be impeached? Maybe.

Will he be convicted in a Senate trial if the House does impeach his dumb asss? Unlikely.
