I don't know the body that would get a bar investigation going but it should be done.....Debarment would play nicely during an impeachment trial.

The standard for the impeachment of a federal judge with a lifetime appointment is different than the standard for the impeachment of a President.

Boasberg gets to retain his seat on good behavior. He could lose it over bad behavior. And it seems axiomatic that signing the Arctic Frost warrants is indeed bad behavior.

Does he deserve to be both impeached and removed from the bench? Yes.

Will he be impeached? Maybe.

Will he be convicted in a Senate trial if the House does impeach his dumb asss? Unlikely.

This isn't the Biden administration though so we have a much better chance for actual justice to be done in these cases. Everything you predict may in fact come true, but if it doesn't, it is because of a much more responsible government being at the helm.
