Not so easily defined. Every case is different. The man that hit the two women was a left wing nut just trying to navigate through a blocked road. I have issue with this instance if the protesters are blocking a road. Others are having to drive for fear of personal safety. Your ability to excuse or assign blame and value of life, based on a politics is disturbing, ignorant morally corrupt and bigoted.
