few will believe you Tank. it is the perceived motive behind the crimes. white serial killers and child molestors are blamed for being evil. black serial killers and child molestors are seen as being 'careless'. they just 'dont get' that killing people or screwing children is wrong. the racism of 'lowered expectations' again. but it is no surprise really that they are overrepresented in those crimes as well as just about any other crime.
