Funny thing, I've been in the working world for something like 35 years (after 11 years in the military) and never once did I encounter one of these black business owners who hate white people. In fact, I can honestly say that everyone who has ever made the decision to hire me has been a white person and most of them were male.

Not sure why you guys always think that sports professionals (which are very slim fraction of those who even try) really prove much of anything.

I’m not sure there are more black racists, but it seems that way since they are socially acceptable in the black community. Racists are not accepted in the white community and thus tend to hide their beliefs.
