Sad story for sure. But this is about our failed legal system and how they keep putting felons out on the streets, or let violent offenders out without bail. Honestly though, you dont need to make this about black people. As a whole they dont condone this or wish for similar crimes. The percentage of every racial group that comits violent crimes actually represent a very tiny fraction of each respective group.
Unfortunately just like everything it only takes small numbers of people to make large effects on society.

No, I have to reject calling our fellow Americans a sub species. While African Americans/ Blacks my commit crimes at 5x the rate per capita to what is considered white/ Hispanic.... its a sub culture your talking about. Not a sub species. Most of the black people I know are proffessionals, + educated.. if it was a "sub species", that would not be possible.
People need to have faith in their fellow Americans and not allow ourselves to perpetuate division. It only plays into the hands of those currently in power. While its true all of the big grocery stores in my area have one entrance way, blocked off due to shoplifting, and I have never seen this before in my life. I remember it wasnt always this way (MAGA)..... the question is why now?.... its because of constant m isinformation by the left used to damage and create anger within our young people, and it has primarily effected young black people. It's a cultural problem, that has effected Americans BY race.... but its not really a problem created BY Race. IMO
