Blacks killed outside the US? Nope. Blacks that are Christian? Nope. Blacks killed by other Blacks? Nope. Blacks that are Conservative...BIG Nope. Liberals claim to be compassionate, but that appears to be very limited and selective. True compassion is not selective.
