Phoenix is a flawed city but it’s far better than LA, LV or Tucson

My wife and I ate at my local Applebees just today and were treated with a courteous staff and quick service. The freaking menu claiming all you can eat was confusing and stupid. but it's still around apparently. Get it right Applebees or go under with stupid menus that don't conform to reality.
