Black Holes Produces an Inconsistency!

From a distant observer's frame of reference, nothing can fall into a black hole because time comes to an end. From someone's frame falling into a black hole, however things can fall in. This is an inconsistency. Shouldn't there be an inconsistency in the mathematics of black holes as a result?
