So, they had night court?
There weren't even any people in the courthouse, if they took over an active court, then you might have a case.
Maybe if they kidnapped a judge or jury or the entire courtroom or held them hostage, I would concur.

The Dept of Treasury breach was only one part of the larger insurrection attack
