This whole "diversity hiring" "equity hiring" crap is comical. The complaint is that the organization is elitist because the majority is white (reflecting the demographics of the nation). Next up? The organization becomes more diverse (read fewer white people) and the POC who are manning the phones can complain that they are now "Slaves to the white man" You can't make this shit up.
