As far as presidential immunity, if Biden feels so strongly about against it, then, regardless of what the Supreme Court said, Biden should get on TV today and tell everyone that he waives any and all presidential immunity. I've seen the conservative justices vote on the side of liberality and I've seen the liberal justices vote on the side of conservatism.
