Biden already signed an executive order in 2021 that was supposed to "conduct a review of policies and practices to ensure that all eligible current and former noncitizen service members and their immediate families can remain in or return to the U.S. under a humanitarian parole."

White House initiative leaves deported veterans in limbo

But only a dozen of the 50 or so deported veterans that have received humanitarian parole have been able to gain citizenship and stay in the U.S.

So what's the point of deporting them if we're going to let them back into our country?

The question to be asked is why were they deported in the first place?

Gang affiliation, bad conduct discharge, criminal behavior?
